Question on Vertical concrete area under baseboards
I am looking to hire a contractor to grind my floors as it looks like I have a sealer on it. I am contemplating on a DIY kit like Nohr S. Do you also use a brush and paint the vertical section of the concrete under the baseboard or leave it bare concrete? I don’t even know if it would work...
