Property in my south-western Ontario neighborhood are going for 50% over asking. Across the road from me a 113 acre farm is going for $5.1 million. Crazy times.
I have the 1/2" stubby m12. It is my favorite. Super small and light, but strong enough to remove the lugnuts on my dually pickup(150ftlb ish). Will take off anything on a car that I've run across. The 6-amp battery helps too.
My mom had a 7 year old water heater die. No problem, had 10 year warranty. Just have to pay the install( more switch out, since same unit). Two guys came and went in 45 min. Billed her $700 for the switch out. What a scam!

I have a Challenger and the truck adapter. You need those for vehicles with a frame. My pick-up will slide right off those rubber pads due to the wax GM puts on the frame for rust pertection.
I tried to exchange a broken 1-1/2" 3/4 drive socket at the Kitchener Sears store recently. They said they no longer sell that size, so too bad, no warranty. Their tool selection is getting less and less. I believe none of it is made in US. Sears Canada will be out off business soon.
That's why I was glad to pay $500. I had to drop my daughter off at college in Toronto, so on the way back I grabbed it. About 10 minutes out of my way instead of 5 hours.
I was glad to pay $500 for it. It's NOS, never been mounted. Little bit of surface rust from storage. It weighs 205 pounds according to KBCTools. Its huge. The 6 inch jaw looks tiny on it. Using 7/8" mounting bolts. Thats an 1-3/8" socket in 3/4" drive laying beside it. Makes everything look...
