The tile is Menards. All the floor tile in the baths and hallway is stock tile from there....relatively cheap. The master shower is Menards also, but special order. The accent tile is closeout from Lowe's. Got it for 7.99 a square instead of 26 a square. Had to hit up a few different...

Yes....that will be tiled. I'm going to do that short wall and the backside in the accent tile that was used for the border. Will also do this on the short wall that frames in the Jacuzzi. Want to set it off a little bit and break up the greys.

Thanks for the fan suggestion --- I actually just got my fan in the mail and installed. I did some research and found something relatively cheap in the fan world, has great reviews, and after installing --- it is confirmed to move a ton of air. Has a controller at floor level with reverse...

More work done on the interior. Carpet squares in the spare bedrooms. Some sort of rubber flooring for the closest. And additional work on the master shower. Coming together, slowly but surely...

Yes -- those are the "luxury vinyl planks". Mannington brand. Very happy with installation process. Hoping that they perform as well for the rest of their lifespan.

For those of you bored with house pics....back to the "garage". Finished soffiting off all the water lines, plumbing pipes, and HVAC under the loft and above the parking stalls. Went 5/8" OSB on all the soffit parts and then metal for the ceiling. Trying to stay as consistent as possible...

More tile. "Why did I make this damn shower so big" is what was running through my mind.

Jo - that's exactly what I did next. I knew I needed to get the floor tile laid in before the wall tile, but I wasn't sure how to get my perfect line of tile around the entire space if I didn't start with the middle row. Rookie mistakes :eyecrazy:

Started in on tiling the master shower and Jacuzzi. I'm a rookie....so this might not have been the "best" way --- but since I wanted a level line of full tile extending from the tub into the shower....I could think of no other way??? In the end, it worked out.

Daylight it is!!!! Yes --- LED's from Costco. I'm very happy with them, and my electrician who does a ton of shop lighting, is very impressed as well. Said it's his outcome yet for shop light. Only have the tall portion of the shop lit currently. And did it on two separate banks of...
