KLEIN TOOLS HANDS DOWN!!!!!! They have been around since 1857 and I work for a company (for which I am an apprentice) over 300 strong in the field and 90% use Kleins. Made in USA in Chicago, IL. They make the best linesman pliers hands down for sure, as well as the best cable cutters...
