Honestly I don't know enough about drill presses to say what it was, I just know the older ones are sought after on here so I post them when I see them. The one listed for 30 was a bench top model, the style with a cast iron head and exposed belt pulleys.

Another vote for a uni / step bit.
The HF 3 piece set has surprised me. Recently used one too cut several 7/16" holes in 3/16 steel plate. I expected the bit to only live through 3 or 4 holes, but it did the entire job and still going strong.
Screw compressors are awesome. Tons of air, quiet enough to stand next to and have a conversation. Unfortunately I don't have that much disposable income. I think the two we use at work were like $15k each.
In the real world, there is no way I would buy an oil free compressor for stationary...

Picked up an electric pole saw for around $60 plus tax. Like many, it took some running without the bar to get the oiler to prime, but then it was fine. Used it to cut some decent sized limbs off a cherry tree and it did great. Definitely a PASS.
