Have a look at the Warren and Brown beam style from Australia. Nothing I've used has come close in terms of quality, useability and unlike more traditional beam style torque wrenches, they have an audible click when the desired tension is reached.
It would make sense if Felo is made in Germany that they are more expensive than Wera, which are made mostly in the Czech Republic where worker wages are much much lower.
Crazy - totally different to my area - no rust whatsoever - I eek out every last micron - but yes - with the cost of rotors machining makes little sense.
I picked up a used Mitutoyo 0-25mm micrometer for $25 recently. That will be more than satisfactory for the job at hand. Beats mucking around with coins or washers as above poster recommends.

I'm looking for a bit driver that has only metric hex bits as a set. The Picquic Hexcaliber metric but I'd ideally want bits up to 8mm at the minimum, 10mm preferably (though I'm sure the size of the shank fitting dictates how big a bit can get.
Does anyone know if such a tool...
