Good morning everyone, I’ve just registered and this is my first post. I’m retired and sadly know little about mechanics or engines however I have a 1983 air cooled VW camper van. In order to fund various works on it I started to buy vintage tools at car boot sales, garage sales and auctions in order to sell on with any profit funding work on the van. It’s become an enjoyable hobby. I found this forum whilst trying to determine a value for some Garringtons’ A/F sockets and saw a post about Garringtons’ tools. I hope it is acceptable to post occasionally asking for information about tools I find as my knowledge grows, some are objects of great mystery.
