    Mask off just short of the garage door...that way you can close the door while drying. I did NOT do this on one garage and: 1) during the drying time a bug crawled into the wet epoxy and some small wind-blown debris got in there, and 2) the threshhold (the foot or so outside the garage door)...

    My slab guys knew when the cement was "set-up" enough to support my anchor bolts...no 2xs or anything else...no problem. I was actually surprised/impress at how easily they went into the cement and stayed upright.

    I've done this 3 times I tried the 1" gap...bugs crawled into the wet paint. Tape off just short of the door and close it!
