I have that exact ratchet and it is a cracker! I have even used a piece of scaffold bar on it to undo some nuts as I couldn't be arsed to get my 1/2" windy gun :lol_hitti So I would say the teeth can withstand some pressure!
I am not sure what you mean by "standard tooth count" but...
I think its mainly the comfort factor, I know in the winter I would rather be holding a placcy handle compared to the "traditional chrome" :bounce:
I dont think Snap On make the hard handle ratchets anymore :headscrat That may be why they tend to hold their value a bit more
I think I may just by some peg board and do that as I have searched the net and found nothing :(
Thats correct Dave, its basically a two birth peg style holder which can hold both metric and imperial sizes on the same tray :thumbup:
