I just purchased a NAPA Torque-Mate circular saw at an estate sale today for $15. It was made by Baker Power Tool Co. out of Geneva, IL. According to the Trade Markia website the Torque-Mate brand was trade marked by NAPA in 1975 and cancelled in the early 80's. This particular saw has a...
