Well hopefully it won't be a factor. I looked up annual average temps for the area and we're supposed be be in the 68˚ to 74˚ range when we get the keys. I absolutely have to do it before we move in, otherwise, it won't happen at all. I started a thread in the flooring section of the forum. Tony.

Intersting..... This has been a really wet winter, even for Pacific Northwest standards. Average temps for May to June is 68˚ to 74˚ with an average of 2" rain per month for that time period.
