My cellar has a dirt floor and they burrowed down below the stone foundation and came in the cellar. I've resorted to a 5 gal. pail 1/2 full of water, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top of the water and a board ramp up to it. 9 have taken the final plunge so far.

In my experience the bad outweighs the good tenants. I would take my chances with the stock market rather than get crapped on by people that think the whole world owes them everything without them having to work. Our lease said no cats, they bring in a cat that ruins the carpet and soaks into...

I recently found this site and you guys really impress me with your knowledge and helpfulness. I am starting a workshop 40x42 and have dug out the topsoil (about 7") the builder is supplying 4" stone and 6" concrete. I want it raised up so I'm thinking of adding 8" of gravel 4" at a time soak it...
