    Yep your right when I rotated the disc (mounted on half shaft) one full turn the double shaft made two revolutions. I guess this tool was an ok idea back in the day. I also came across these Ford pliers, one of the handles can be used as a screw driver.

    Just ran across this in grandpas tool shed. No brand name markings, handle is reversible, and so is the disc, just not sure what the half and double represents on the side. One would need a corded drill if they were going to do a lot of sanding with this attachment.

    Is that mildew or moss at the joint two boards past your R foot and the 1st board on the end? I would bleach those areas, give it a quick sand with electric sander, prime with latex exterior primer, then paint with latex porch and patio paint from either Kelly Moore or Benjamin Moore.     Was just looking up information on this torque wrench and got directed to this web site. I have one similar to yours, in very good shape. This one appears to start out at 100 lbs up to 750lbs.
