I think the model number is 246, I might be wrong. They are dated 1952 and are stamped " PROTO LOS ANGELES MFD USA"

I have a whole set of these wrenches. I don't know who made them, I bought them at a thrift store near an old ford plant that closed down.

ROBBED! they got my good tools, suggestions for new tools
I have some old craftsman stuff, two 3/8 drive ratchets from the 70's. For new tools, I recommend Dowell tools. look on Amazon.
