    H.K. Porter 18" Bolt Cutter - Replacement Handle

    This wouldn't of happened with H.K Porter tools forged in their Boston, Mass plant! That plant closed in the late 1980's. I have tools made their that are over 100 years old! My dad worked there as a machinist! He never would let that pass inspection!
