Sounds like a sticky unloader valve to me. A pretty common issue on less expensive PW's that can happen when the pump is not fully drained and cleared out (I use compressed air to clear mine) after each use.

Whatever member you cut, just think about the job it's doing and the sort of load it handles (tension, compression) and make sure you compensate with adequate members to assume that load .

I just posted a new thread yesterday about my 50k Mr. Heater cracked fan blade after only two months of operation. They're all out of blades, so I've no idea how long it'll be before they ship me a replacement. I haven't had near the trouble you have, so I guess I should consider myself lucky...
Title pretty much says it all. I installed my ceiling mounted Mr. Heater gas furnace (model MHU50NG) in late December. While it does the job, I did think it was a bit noisy from day one. Putting my hand on the fan motor...I could feel a good bit of vibration, so I was wondering if the fan blade...
Thanks c7fx, I did search and didn't find any homemade solutions. I personally think that most of the jamb seals/weatherstripping products offered at the stores are garbage.
I'm tired of those cheap vinyl (faux wood) strips with thin vinyl flaps that are supposed to provide a jamb seal for an overhead door. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about here, right. Every big-box home improvement store here in the US carry's them, and nearly every garage door installer...
