just built a garage 20x20. with two easements, 6 foot on the fence side and 12 in the rear for edison, it was all i could put up. i will tell you this much. it's alot bigger than my 10x10 shed held toghter with bungy cords. that thing was not gonna last another winter:).... been lurking around...
