I changed the blade out on the bandsaw with an 8 TPI blade (biggest tooth blade I have right now) and it is cutting so much faster. Thank you everyone for your help!

I will have to see if I have a course blade I can put in.

It is a solid block of aluminum. I wanted bar stock back when I started but that was all I could get. I will only use bar stock in the future. The goal is to make wedges used to hold pipe in place. I rough cut them and then I go back and mill them to the right size. I hope this helps.

I need help figuring out how to cut large amounts of 1.5" by 1.5" aluminum. So far I have been using a bandsaw but it is taking about 40 minutes to make one 16" cut. I am open to any suggestions. If you need me to further explain what I am doing I will. Thank you

Did you see any labels stating where the Proto screwdrivers are made?

Zoro order arrived. Three 90 tooth Proto ratchets in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 drive sizes, an Eklind Torx set, a Proto bit set (anyone know the OEM for their bits?), and a Proto 3/8 drive impact driver.

I got them at Tractor Supply believe it or not. They got them last week and I finally picked a set up. They also have the hook and pick set.

Just got these new Channellock screwdrivers.

I stopped by my local Tractor supply today and saw a few sets of these priced at 36.99 for the pack. Look and feel great and have markings on the ends to tell you the size and style of blade.

I just ordered the 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 drives sizes of the Proto ratchet from Zoro. How do you like it so far?
