New guy from the Great White North... Does your toybox "fit" in your neighborhood? I have a 18' x 24' attached garage and a 22' x 40' detached. It took a hearing for them to let me have the addition that got the detached building to 22' x 40' from 22' x 24'. We got it done, the guy next door...
