I used Simple Green Pro HD cleaner and power washed with my new HF unit. It's only 1650 psi but came in handy for rinsing. The oil spots cleaned up pretty well. The last pic shows white colored stains which didn't show in the first pic, which was before anything was done. Any concerns? I think...

Ok, thank you. I don't have a lot of oil stains but some are quite old. We'll see what it looks like after grinding. :thumbup:

Quick question, I've decided to go with an epoxy coating after all. A contractor is going to grind the floor for me. I'm not sure of the proper prep before grinding. Do I still need to clean/scrub/power wash and then remove oil stains beforehand? :thumbup:
