Will send some pics as soon as I return from vacation next week. So would there be another type of clear that would be more durable that could be used over the rust bullet?
Installed 3 coats of Rust Bullet on 8 month old concrete floor about 2 months ago. Prep was cleaning concrete and diamond grinding. Layed down the 3 coats with about 6 hour dry time between each coat. Only light foot traffic in the last 2 months since it has been down. The Rust bullet went down...
Installing a thru the wall AC unit on the back wall of my new garage. Question is how high from the floor do I mount it? ceiling height is 9 feet 6 inches. Any thoughts?
About 3 weeks ago I coated my new garage floor with 3 coats of Rust Bullet after grinding the 8 month old hand trowled concrete. Went on smooth and easy. Prior to this I never seemed to have any issue with moisture on the floor.Since putting the Rust Bullet down I am experiencing a lot of...
So have some questions about your floor coating as I plan on using Rust Bullet also.
How many gallons did it take to cover your floor(780 sq feet) for the 2 coats.
How many gallons of clear did it take for the 1 coat of clear?
How much flakes did you use?
Did you grind your floor?
What brand/...
Wandering how many out there have used a clear coat over Rust Bullet.
Also what kind of coverage did you get on a gallon of Rust Bullet?
I have a 810 square foot garage to coat. I see that they suggest at least 2 coats. Anyone used a primer first?
Thanks.

I have thought about putting down some of the color chips after the 2 coats of Rust Bullet thinking it might hide some of the concrete imperfections. How many pounds would I need to do a light to med broadcast on 900sq feet?
What would be a relatively inexpensive clear that can be used over the...
So wanting to start the prep on my garage floor that was poured last Oct. and will probably go thru HD for the equipment. Needs some suggestion
My floor was hand troweled by a two man team and one was better at it than the other. So 1 side of may garage seems real nice while the other side...
Still waiting for it to warm up here in Ohio so I can coat my new garage floor.
Originally was planning on doing an Epoxy coating but now leaning towards staining than a clear protective coating.
About 10 years ago I used an Acetone Stain on my Basement floor and love the look. Now leaning this...
