They are pretty sturdy. If I had to do it again, I'd pour a slab first. You can do it with the carport up but it's a bit tricky. Oh and if you don't want a slab, you may be dealing with ground moisture leading to rust and corrosion.

I'm using Shop Vac with a cyclone separator, and the darn thing trips the breaker after about 2 minutes of bead blasting. The filter is clean. Not sure what could be causing this. You can definitely hear the vacuum work harder once I start blasting.
I have a "grey market" Yanmar 2000 BD tractor that is cheap, reliable and built to last. It has a PTO and 4WD but no loader. I keep 5 acres but use a lawn tractor on the lawn part of it.
That engine needs to come out. With a TW in the pan you may have a damaged crank and block. If it were mine, I would start looking for a used engine to drop in.
