okay....I think I've got it. .....I have two problems now. One is the spring in your photo is missin....must have taken off when I dropped the torch. Second problem is...the silver button to the left of the orange line in your photo is held in place with a set...

decableguy2000...thank you...I'm sorry but I'm still a little confused as to where exactly the igniter wire should go....the actual ignitor works and sparks but I'm sure it is broken....see length in photo. Does an unbroken igniter wire go from the igniter housing to the very top of the burn...

decableguy2000...thanks......so the wire tip that's exposed at the top of the flame tube is nothing to do with the igniter? If that's the case the cobbler's link would be the ones to get?

The Cobbler....so I've actually found an igniter that may work.....on amazon.ca and exactly the same as you sent except wire is 19cm long. I think this would work, but its a real pain to try and work out how to get the broken wire out of the nozzle....it seems held in there by some sort of...

The Cobbler......thank you....this is almost exactly what I'm looking for except....the wire needs to be long enough to go from the igniter to the end of the nozzle.....think these are just a tad too short, and I don't think they can be joined?

From a bit of research, it seems GPM is the key....and it should be a minimum of 4gpm and 4000 psi to work effectively. Guess I'll give it a try, and if it's not working properly I'll rent one with the appropriate specs. You'd think with most homeowner washers being in the lower category...

ing3018....thanks....I'm not sure what pressure the set of nozzles I bought is set up for....I guess I'm more concerned with 3000psi punching a hole in my grey or black tank, hence the thought of reducing the pressure.

Thanks scooby 074 and Ing3018, The application I need it for is sewer cleaning in my RV....I have a set up already made, but it requires a sewer cleaning nozzle that pulls the hose into the tank, so I wouldn't be able to utilize the nozzles you refer to.

Thanks dave*99.....I really want to drop this down to 1500psi for a specific task, so am looking at a proper regulator and a pressure guage set up....not sure I'll be able to do this at the unloader.
