The roof is finally going on and the dormers are proving to be quite the challenge. We should be real close in a week, I can't wait to take some time off for the July 4th weekend.:drink: The inside shots are upstairs in the loft and also one of the "lean".

The main part of the barn is 30x40 and the lean is 12x40. The ceiling height on the bottom is 10 foot (my builder had it originally at 12' but it would have been just way to tall). The 2nd floor is 14x40 with an 8' ceiling. I'm 6'5" so I wanted a little headroom, I hit my head on enough stuff...

The slab was poured with a thickened edge. It's about 12" thick on the edges then tapers to about 4" in the center. So I guess you could say most of the slab is 4" thick. It should be strong enough to carry most anything, but I'd be a little concerned about getting my backhoe in there to do...

I've been surfing this site for about a year now and finally have some photos of my build to share. My barn is a 2 story 30x40 with a 12x40 "lean to". We're getting close and waiting on the metal sheeting. I attached a few photos of the build in my photo album.
