Adding a circuit the electrician "forgot"

I think a demo blade would cut those screws without too much effort.

    10d Nails for Metal Connectors

There are shorter 10d nails (e.g. 1 1/2" and 2 1/2") and in some applications you nail a pair of 3" nails in double shear through the joist and hanger on an angle into the beam. The Simpson catalog has all the details.

    Voltage callout of 200/1/60

Japan has both 50 Hz (east) and 60 Hz (west) service depending on location. I understand this is because both US and European equipment were used to rebuild after war.

    Truss/Sheating question

Read the code and be enlightened. ETA: Now that I have a minute more: the longest finished opening allowed is 18 feet, so an 18' door is fine. You also cannot have more than one finished opening within a single portal frame, so even 2 single 8' doors could not be accommodated by one 18'...

    Truss/Sheating question

IRC does not allow a header longer than 18’. If 2 doors, it usually requires 2 separate headers.

    Residential Air Handler help (freezing)

A Compliant Scroll starts unloaded so it can rattle a bit. It has to get up to speed to generate enough force to hold the flanks in radial contact and enough pressure to hold the tips of the orbiting scroll to the fixed scroll axially.

    Truss/Sheating question

I'm not sure you meet the minimum braced wall panel requirements. We always use the portal framing method (CS-PF) around garage doors. You only need to extend the header(s) a few feet, so it adds nearly no material, but offers sufficient shear resistance with less braced wall panel length.

Plumbing! PEX A Expansion Tool (USA Made Dewalt)

It depends on what expansion tool you use. Uponor calls for 7-8 times on 1/2" for the Milwaukee M12 with standard heads. 11-12 for 3/4" and 17-18 for 1".
