Would love to hear what anyone may know about Mr. J.F. Brown and his hand-stamped framing square. I've seen a few other tools marked as made by "J.F. Brown," and that the DAT has a "J.E." Brown (typo perhaps) from 1841, but I'd like to know more - if anyone has more. Would really like to nail...

Here's my recent acquisition. The 1/2"-drive No. A-702K, with the later single ridge.

My first Mephisto - the No. 101 9" Linesman's Pliers. Very limited catalog resources out there, and could not find this in any (so don't know its age). And red grips are possibly (unmarked) Klein's? Really nice pair of pliers. Glad I picked them up.

Recently acquired, and re-seated Paschall Tool Co. (Plomb) 1302 ball-pein hammer, with what appears to be an "IA" date code.

Just picked up a Giller 1" drive flex handle/breaker bar, with 12 pt. 19/32 socket.

I have a number - Diamond logo and others. This is one I picked up today for $1.25. Disassembled, cleaned, and lubed insides and it purrs like a kitten.

Each socket is marked with their mod # (e.g., 6012) followed by "Indestro" and then their measurement (e.g., 3/8). The deep sockets have "super" on them.

Recently picked up, cleaned, and oiled this 8 inch Plomb/Plvmb 708S adjustable wrench from 1947 (date code V-11-7). Always a pushover for the Plvmb logo with the inverted triangle! Understand the “S” suffix to the model number indicates an industrial finish.

Here's my 1945-48 Plomb 5265 3/8-Drive Flex-Head Handle. Cleaned her up from all the grime of yrs of use, and the head flexes smoothly.
