I've had good luck with Rust Bullet on several rusty Michigan vehicles. It slows the rust enough that you won't see it for several years, at least.

I bought one of these a few years ago when I put an old TV in my barn. I used to have terrible radio reception, now I can pull in stations from 50+ miles away, crystal clear.

Just got back from picking up 10 of these in the Brighton, MI store. There were lots of people milling around them as I was loading my cart.
