I got this from amazon today and it works perfectly. $125 bucks but I don't have to deal w/ the frustration. I did heat it up though as even at 75F it wasn't flowing as well as I wanted it to.

I saw a video on this and this gun doesn't have an adjustable nozzle. When I pull the hose off and shoot right out of the nozzle there is good flow, pressure and velocity. It's when it is sent through the hose and the 4 360deg and one top hole.
I heated to 130F+ and it didn't help much. I purchased a fluid film sprayer, I have to assume it won't do this same thing. It was thin enough to spray but even at 110 PSI i think too thick even at 130F for enough velocity in that nozzle I got w/ this gun to atomize at all 4 nozzles.

I got this on amazon that was supposed to spray properly. It does spray w/o the extended hose but when I put on the hose w/ 4 holes on the perimeter of the nozzle is sprays strongly out of 1 and weak out of another. Two others it doesn't even spray out of so I have no idea if it's actually...
Thanks for the help guys. Ended up using a few 90 deg slip joints and tail pieces with a P trap I found which was threaded on both sides. The drain is about 3/4" higher at the disposal than the wall entry so I assume draining should be fine (and it has been for her thus far). Not idea, but...
I'd love to get rid of the acordion but there is a slight offset I need it for if i recall. I'll have to double check. 1.5" pipe. No other fittings on the disposal. The issue is that bottom right connection (marked as needs to be threaded) is a slip fit and that p trap is not designed for a...
Even if i were to cut that black elbow as far up as I can, it's still too high. She now has a single basin sink which is why we're where we are now. If I were to run a straight tailpiece out of the disposal instead of the elbow, how would that help with the disposal as close to the drain pipe...
My sister put in a single drain sink. I put in a p trap for now but the bottom fitting is currently a slip fit which has very little material to allow sealing and isn't the right way to do it. I need slip fit into the disposal and into the home drain pipe and threaded coupling at the bottom...
That is exactly what I did. Called their main number and spoke to customer service. For anyone asking for proof of the fact that there are tons of Milwaukee knock offs you may want to get out from under the rock you've been living under or are just being argumentative. It's the Internet so...
Also notice the Cat #. The entire top row isn't parallel but maybe by design. Took a pic of a 7 1/4" at the HD a bit ago and it also seems ever so slightly askew so i'm not to worried about that.
Dave
I went over to my HD today after the gym and while they don't stock the 6 1/2" anything the 7 1/4" switch had the same feeling so I am a bit more confident there at least. I picked up a few 24 and 40 tooth blades to play around with. I don't have any particular projects on the horizon to test...
