    Having Air System Problems...

Alright guys, I went today to Northern Tool and bought the IR Regulator and IR Filter 175psi stuff and I'm going to install it tonight. Should've done it right the first time, I know. I'll let you know how it works once installed. Thanks!

    Having Air System Problems...

I know I shouldn't have taken the cheap route. Sometimes money is tight and you try to cut corners. Oh well...you really think they'll take it back? I should just tell them it didn't work right anyway. Ok, so I put another gauge at the end of my line where the tool goes. With nothing running...

    Having Air System Problems...

Hey guys. I'm lost right now and need some help lol. I have the IR 80gal 175psi 2-stage compressor. All of my air tools have a max. 90 psi rating on them. OK, so I got a regulator/filter setup from Harbor Freight (I know, I got cheap after spending $2000 on the compressor lol)...

    Cordless Impact Drivers....

A guy I work with just got the 18v Dewalt version. That thing is pretty awesome. It has a real compact sized head/motor section, the only think big or bulky and heavy is the 18v battery really. It's on my new tool list!

    Cabinet/workbench choices

How do you like the quality of the shelving system? Also, is anyone familiar with Metal Line Cabinets ? They like pricey, but really nice!

    Cabinet/workbench choices

I'm looking into storage cabinets and a workbench type set up. I'm on a budget, so I can't go all out, but I don't want to build stuff out of 2x4's and plywood either. I'm interested in the Tuff Duty collection by Coleman click here . Does anyone have experience with this, or have any similar...

How do you guys stores wheels?

This is what my friends who own custom wheel shops use. It's pretty space saving. As for me, I just use $5 hooks from Lowe's that screw to the wall and I display my extra wheels/tires around.

    Plumbing Air Lines (Q's)

My shop is just about to be built and I'm going with copper lines type L. I work in HVAC and mainly mechanical systems in hospitals. We used copper for all the medical gas lines (oxygen, etc), so it's safe enough for your shop. As for pressure, when I install new equipment at peoples homes, I...

    Epoxy Coating worth it?

Like I said before, I do alot of welding and use a torch and plasma cutter alot also. I'm just not sure if I should spend the money for floor coating if it's going to get ruined by welding/cutting slag, etc.

    Epoxy Coating worth it?

Thanks guys. Yes, I'm definitely thinking long-term here. I just built the house less than 2 years ago-I'm going to be here a while. I will look into it a little more since I'm not sure the quality of the lowe's product, although I know prep is the main factor in almost anything. I just want...
