i had it happen to me in a customers truck once came in hydrolocked.(he did his own injectors in his powerstroke)figured he didnt spin the motor over.oil and fuel fill the cylinders when doing injectors in a powerstroke.you remove the glow plug and spin them over.anyway got it fired up took it...
