    Just a quick perusal of the DB shows virtually all codes had ratchets, sockets, punches/chisels, wrenches, etc. Very unlikely IMO. The factory theory would also indicate Paschall had 3 factories that ALL also made ratchets, sockets, extensions, speed wrenches, punches, screwdriver bits, hinge...

    I think my point was that there is absolutely no chance that all those factories had exactly the same dies, there absolutely had to be some variations. Further, I would assume their manner of production would have been some sort of distributed "tool type" methodology. 1 or 2 made wrenches, one...

    Cursory read through this thread seems to indicate the "odd," high first letter codes seem to be all 1/4" drive tools?

    All, clearing out some stuff. Make offers before they go to eBay. Very early MAC combo partial set, Truth tappet set, and some rare ratchets. Western Giant and the unmarked beaver tail are no longer available.
