Anyone using this heater or another brand 10kw heater?

My shop is 1200 sq.ft., decent insulation, and I live in western KY. Rarely does any cold weather of about 20F or lower last any longer than a day or so. My building stays about 40F without any heat whatsoever.

What do you use to heat your 30x50 shop?

I haven't looked at the Dayton wall furnace, looks like a good heater and the specs are in the range I've been looking at but I'd really like a ceiling-mount or wall-mount style heater.

Think I've moved my heat source search to electric. I've browsed several different units. Not looking for anything smaller than 5000W and I've looked at units up to 10,000W since most heaters can be configured to custom watt settings by wiring. I would appreciate any experienced feedback.

I'm not sure which would be better, insulation is defintely not my area of expertise which is why I was hoping for some other posts here. Maybe we'll get some suggestions...

Yes walls are open/unfinished and there is no ceiling, just open trusses. I do have 2 large ceiling fans. Electric is cheaper by my calculation of cost/BTU. I have 100amp service in my building.

My 30x40 pole barn has bubble wrap insulation on all walls and ceiling too. Thinking about adding more. What, if any, insulation can I add overtop of the bubble wrap on at least the ceiling?

Sounds like Tstat to me too. Is this particular heater loud? Like fan noise.
