Well you might be right about the shape of the head and neck (hard to tell from the pictures). But it is definitily NOT a corn snake. A corn snake doesn't have full bands like that.

It's a copperhead. You can tell from how wide it is and the banding goes all the way to the bottom. A corn snake has "spots" that only cover the back and stop on it's sides. (see pictures already posted). -Paul
