fixed, it was the cable that runs in the cross tube, suppose to be under the ramp bolt, one on each side was above the bolt causing it to jam a little, hope this helps someone ....
to follow up, took all the sheaves out, cleaned them, found no issue, assembled with swepco grease, still not very smooth going up with a car, bouncy / shaky, lift is also drilled to the floor ... cable, sheaves, level, all is good.. any ideas?
I am having the same issue on my new bendpak hd-7p 4 post lift, there is no grease fittings installed but appears some grease is present on the outside, cannot see if there is actually grease on the inside of bushing.
Which sheaves caused your issue the ones under the ramp or in the cross tubes?

it is used, but super clean, very few chips that I just touched up.
The pictures I posted still have the black rust paint before applying green paint touch up.
Now it looks like new.
I found a sticker on the bottom of the top tray with some numbers.
One is 95 must be for model number
