    drinking rules in the garage?

    Before I became more responsible :lol:, we all met up in "The Underworld," (basement/my Parents home). The only rule to gain entry was to hit the 'fridge and grab a bottle of a PBR, pop the cap, toss it in a box, then sit down and shoot the breeze..... :beer2: I always bought 2-cases of PBR's...

    My friend swears by silicone to protect all of his weapons, and says that WD-40 attracts dirt, so he doesn't use it. :headscrat

    I was fully aware of the "WD" and "40" thing and receive monthly e-mail tips from the WD-40 fan club. I was unaware of the hazards of silicone and it's affect on electronics however, and at least now I have a bead on their differences. :thumbup:

    Okay, please excuse me if I'm posting this question on the incorrect forum or even on the proper website, but here it is: I always use WD-40 for most of my lubricating, penetrating and protection requirements (not in a ****** way :lol_hitti), but a friend of mine says silicone spray is better...

    Buy American!

    How true. We were in HD last year looking for a specific kitchen faucet. Aside from MOEN, all the other brands were Made in China with the one exception of American Standard, which was Made in Mexico. We had to laugh at that one. :shocking:
