I didn't take the time to break it down to a per/yard basis, but I just got a quote this morning for a 24x32 4" slab (thicker at edges) for a post frame garage with 4000# concrete formed/finished for just over $1900. I'm located in SW Michigan near Grand Rapids for reference.

Wow, nice looking garage. I may well be starting on a very similar project in the next few weeks.
