Well I got it up and running. Fired it up, gauge showed now oil pressure. Was pumping air though. Installed a new gauge, 15 psi oil pressure, and made air up to about 45 psi, and slowwwwwly made air from there. Adjusted the oil pressure screw ever so slightly, to around 20 psi. Now it builds...

Is new parts a thing with these? As far as parts like that go. Or am I stuck buying crusty used stuff on eBay? Waiting for my belts to come in, and I’ll be able to see what’s up.

Found out that they are the exhaust valves. Looks like some kind of keeper that locks the adjuster down? I see a used one online for 100$, which is a bit pricey for an old crusty part. Might just look for another parts pump.
