    Nitrile glove source?

I purchase 4-mil nitrile gloves for our lab (chemical industry) regularly. Before the 'rona, I was paying $69 per case (10 boxes of 100 each) for all sizes. The last purchase I made (~a month ago), the cost was $240 for a case, and that was after searching and finding most suppliers were running...

    Concrete Relief Cuts?

I see in a related post where there is a great concrete contractor in Duluth who may be able to opine about this...

    First Welder

If you have 220V available, I would agree with sberry - get one of the name brand machines andlet her rip. If, however, you are in the same situation as me and don't have 220V in the garage/workshop (...yet), I have had good luck with my Northern Tool 135 (I think they have changed their...

    Oscillating multi tool suggestions

My wife bought me a cordless Craftsman a few years ago. I wasn't sure what I would use it for either, but so far it has come in handy cutting PVC (no, not for an air system in my garage! :lol_hitti) and small wood pieces (like dowels) and sanding trim. Corded versus cordless is a preference, but...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Pulled my weight bench and some weights out and decided to get my @$$ lifting again. Hopefully I'm still smart enough to start out light...it's been awhile.

    Report your accident

Doing some fab and welding in the driveway a few years ago and did something that I had done many times before and gotten away with until that day. I was operating a 4 1/2" grinder with one hand while holding the piece of metal I was grinding in the other hand...barehanded, of course. I slipped...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Changed oil, oil filter, and air filter, and then checked the other fluids and tire pressures on my F-150 followed by a trip to the dump to dispose of the spent oil and filte. Charging the battery on the Wide Glide now so I can crank it up for the first time in a few weeks, and then maybe even...

Show what are you working on

Here is a picture of my dad with the 51 Studebaker pickup that he overhauled from top to bottom and then stuffed a blown 454 ~5 years ago. Unfortunately he passed away a few years after that, so the truck is sitting in my mom's barn while we try to find a new owner (read: for sale).
