Can someone tell me where these wires go or point me to a wiring diagram that I can understand. Also, I have no idea the model/power of this motor isbecause the label is unreadable. Any ideas?

Help. Just got this motor and want to use it on my craftsman table saw. I'm wet behind the ears so please speak slowly and assume I know nothing.
