Cant go this route because I would be able to get the RV in there. Door would be on the south side and I would have to drive through the front yard around my house to get there. Would just be a pain in the ***..
If I did that when I have everything in storage I wouldnt be able to use the existing garage. Would be alot of shuffling vehicles around to get in and out.
I'm thinking I have two real options here, either knock it down or give it to someone if they want to move it then build what I want. Or the max i can go on the second building is 30x38, it's not as big as i would like but i should be able to squeeze everything in there...

I cant go forward towards street if i added on and it doesnt make sense to add onto the back of the garage because the ceiling is only 10ft. Also the current garage is only 28ft. Wide so even if I added...
I wonder if its possibly to move the septic? Then I could maybe connect the current garage to the house and have one massive garage! But would the ground be to soft where the existing mound is and what would something like that cost?
Kind of a weird question maybe but I've been wanting to build a pole barn for some time. I spoke with the city and they kind of shot me down for what I want. I can only have a max of 2 buildings totaling 2000 sq. ft. Combined. I currently have a 28x30 garage so if I leave that the barn will be...
