i have a flat, dry garage floor 20x20'. sure looks easy to buy a roll of coin pattern vinyl and lay it on the space. am i missing something. the ads say it will withstand hot tire, chemicals, etc. comes with a 5 yr warranty. any advice is appreciated. also, 74 mil or 84 mil? is thicker better...
