so clean with scrub brush and strong dishwasher soap prep with muriatic diluted then use the legacy oil stop primer then epoxy ?

after looking at some floors on here, i can say i would really like to find a way to do the epoxy floor coating. i'll research how to apply epoxy that will stick, forever, to a floolr that has had some oils on it. any suggestions?
