I have 6 metal storage racks in the main area now. I do use the knee space to store as well and will likely build some shelves out there once I get my electric finished. I've been crawling out there running wire lately. Glad you like it[emoji106]

Thanks[emoji106]. I hadn't posted for a long time so I think I got bumped to the top of the list. I'm staying busy working on electric now. Getting a lot more done with good lighting now.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working on my electrical. It's not rocket science but takes time. It's my first time wiring a building. 3800 Lumen LED lights.
If I did it over I definitely would've taken on the extra debt to install electric before my shop was full of clutter. On the bright side...
I'm running electric after having the shop built for 1.75 years...it's a pain to move all my **** around to run wire. Wire it before you put anything in it!

More than needed IMO for a 4200 lumen led light. That is a good deal...I've been pricing many lately and they are 40-50 at lowes for 3700/3800 lumen that are similar. I don't think you'd regret having this many though.

It's been a long time since I've posted...electric service is in...water line to hydrant is in. Very basic lights and outlets right now, but will have it fully lit and wired by spring I'm hoping. I love spending time out there and making improvements!

Getting gouged by local government does **** the life out of a person. I hope you are able to get what permission you need and build. This build caught my eye because it is similar in size to mine. You can check it out if you want ideas or have questions. It's under 30x48x12 Attic Truss Pole...
Good deal...I need to get the bike running again. Sat all winter. I plan to sell it then. It had crossed my mind to put a gable door, but I haven't needed one at this point and don't plan to put too large of items up there. The only thing I'd do differently so far is put tongue and groove...
Some stuff for the walls...
It's pretty cluttered...time to organize. Still planning to run electric Spring/Summer. No time right now for extra projects.

I haven't done this yet due to the size and cost for my garage, 30x48x12' walls...I intend to use old metal roofing (nice patina/rust) for the lower 4' and weathered barn board for the upper 8'. I think it will make a nice backdrop for my gas/oil signs...license plates...car grills etc...
