yes, the 25HP T30 in good condition cooled was $2000, I got great deals on great equipment. 7.5HP new was around $2000, so that's why I went used industrial equipment, but at least now I know what phase 3 is and why its cheaper. Again, thanks a lot guys.

The other option is that 60hp phoenix converter I can use to run 25hp and 2 dust cats, but will need to drop another 100amps and buy 60hp motor, which I really hate to do, if I don't need to.

the 10hp motor I got was Baldor, major company so I think I should not have any issues getting smaller pulley for it, so far I think for me its the best option? Any other ideas?
