overall 47mm internal 25mm the overall measurement doesn't include the wings as mine have broken off

I know this is an old thread, although I am restoring my grandfathers Columbian 504 vise. Was wondering if anyone knew where to source one of these from? seems that the wings/flanges have broken off any help would greatly be appreciated thanks Sam
