Picked up a Delta 7" bench grinder recently badged as Tauco for about $30 USD. Probably purchased somewhere "offshore" and brought back to these parts on a ship or a train.

Metal objects being painted dry a lot faster and probably better if you play a torch over the surface until the moisture in the pores of the metal is evaporated off. The paint goes where the moisture was.
