I was thinking about this very issue the other day, and I'll probably go with OSB walls, drywall ceiling. Currently looking for tips on painting it, but it sounds like 2 coats of heavy primer with whatever color you want on top is the way to go.

I have the 4x8 HF trailer with 12" wheels, and it's been great. I LOVE it's foldability, and I have done at least 10k miles with all manner of motorcycles and gear on the back. I have done 75mph for 1500 miles straight with 600 lbs of motorcycle on the back and I have never had a single issue...

Do this immediately. You'll need a nice motorcycle lift and room for spares, too...and space to store helmets, leathers and rashed plastics as trophies! I need room for the R1, the KLR and the girlfriend's SV, as well as the HF folding trailer and all the associated goodies!

I'm gonna have to try that out...I have a 21x28 space at my new house, and I need to play with a few different setups with my motorcycles and truck to see how I'm going to execute it. Thanks for the recommendation!

I agree with CrewChief, storage solutions will be key in freeing up as much space as possible to store and work on other vehicles and projects. Rafters, shelves, overhead bins, etc are all great ideas, and get the stuff off the floor for sure, it just makes the space feel bigger. 20x20 will...
