I would have probably asked her if she wanted it changed, especially since it was off by an hour... If it was 5-15 mins I would have left it, figuring she was a get there early/late type of person..

We just moved into a home that has a tankless water heater.. It's about 10 years old, but ours takes 5+ minutes to warm up. i understand it takes time to get the old cold water out of the pipes and warm coming out of the spigot, but this is twice as long as any house I have ever owned before...
