To get them lined up you will just need to chalk a line or measure from some pointof refrence on both ends and start your siding @ the same elevation on the wall. It would be like doing around a window or door. same principles apply.

I hope the OP used "geo grid" or the like for the tremendous loads the earth puts on a wall that high. I see the Weep holes which are good but i dont see any tie backs or "geo grid"
