I would use radiantec. They are always very helpful for all my projects and they are local to me.

I hope the OP used "geo grid" or the like for the tremendous loads the earth puts on a wall that high. I see the Weep holes which are good but i dont see any tie backs or "geo grid" The wall looks great i like the brick
