    diagnose fuel delivery issue

    Pull fuel line off the carb and turn the engine over. If fuel comes out of the pump good, then it's the carb. If it doesn't then pull the fuel line from the tank off the the fuel pump. Hold it as close to the floor as you can and see if it will gravity feed. The more fuel in the tank the better...
